Our mill from the 18th century is located in the village Montet-et-Bouxal (46210) on the D35, in the department Lot. We bought him in 2001 as a ruin and the restoration lasted until August 2008.
On an idyllic area of 1100 m², you will find a house with character (an old water mill) built in stone. The adjacent cottage (gîte) overlooks the pool which is 6 m wide and 10 m long. The pool area is surrounded by a huge lawn that is bordered by a river, the Bervezou, which at her turn disappears in a forest.
In the summer we enjoy the coolness of the forest while we read our book or do our afternoon nap in the hammock.
You can fish in our pond or in the river or you can go hiking in the area. Those who are in good physical condition can make a bike ride in the hilly region. The nearest neighbour lives at 2 km, so the rest is assured.
The house is not occupied, so you can enjoy your holiday in absolute privacy.
The cottage is brand new and has all the comforts.
